I love film and animation, especially Studio Ghibli, Laika, Aardman and Cartoon Saloon. My favourite genres are horror, comedy and fantasy. My short film that granted me my college distinction was a multiple choice interactive noir story which can be found on YouTube and this portfolio. After excelling in my Diploma in Creative Media I went straight into the industry.
I've been a storyboard artist, animator, and video editor for Autek CIC for 2 years.
Awards
As a consultant for Dimensions autism friendly team I created a training video to help UK cinema staff put on autism friendly screenings. As an equal member of the team, which consisted of representatives from UK Cinema Association, Dimensions and BFI Film Audience Network, I helped to select a production company through a tender process and contributed to meetings, filming and resources. At the launch night I was front of house welcoming people to the cinema and registering them for our event.
Experience
When Bristol's Belong Area in Game strived to make their environment more Autism friendly, I eagerly jumped on board to help them improve. As a volunteer consultant for Dimensions Autism Friendly Team I have advised Belong Arenas by GAME making their stores and Insomnia events more autism friendly. This was featured in a news item which aired across the USA on over 300 CBS stations.
